Somatic Trauma Informed Group Coaching

Weekly calls are Saturday at 7pm Eastern Time (US), Sunday 9am Sydney time.

Service Description

This group offers coaching, community and connection. We meet for an hour a week on zoom where you can be coached by me and connect with others on this healing journey. I will provide worksheets when I feel they are needed and there will also be a what's app for everyone to connect outside of the zoom calls.
